Workshop: McKinsey to develop strategy for Austrian fashion brand with students

Students will have the chance to advise a real Austrian fashion label about ways to reposition itself with the help from employees of the consultancy McKinsey.

The workshop, held from 1.-4. March at Kitzbühel, Austria, will develop new approaches to marketing and sales to keep the client competitive. Students, postgraduates and young professionals will also look at new strategies for the long-standing brand while preserving the essence of the label. There will be direct contact with employees from the client and a final presentation at the end of the workshop in which the students aim to convince with their new concepts.
