About the job

You are an advocate of our brand. In this role and together with the Flagship team, you will:

Strive for excellence and go beyond in every customer interaction to deliver an exceptional customer experience in our Flagship location.
Build a loyal portfolio of existing and new customers.
Coordinate the organizations and execution of awe-inspiring luxury events in our Flagship location.
Be a driving force behind new and ongoing service, sales and event opportunities — directly impacting our growth and success.
Assist in planning and leading strategic plan initiatives for the Flagship in partnership with the Head of Sales and Head of Marketing.
Pay range $32.00 - $35.00 per hour with the ability to participate in a sales incentive bonus pay program. The compensation displayed is a good faith estimate for this position.

About you

You are an experienced Marketing Manager, and you have:

Worked in a multi-cultural environment with a minimum of 3 years’ experience.
Experience in luxury, Fashion/Cosmetics/Lifestyle Brands.
Excellent and proven leadership and coaching skills.
Digital proficiency.
A winning personality to easily establish trust relationships with customers, teams and stakeholders
English skills
