The Canadian pair will be introducing their first ever ski collection for the Fall/Winter 2016-2017 season. The collection was first announced via the brand’s Instagram page in May. Produced by Staff International, Dsquared2 will include both men’s and women’s options for various snow sports. These sports range from skiing, snowboard, and chalet lounging. The two bring in oversized trapper hats, ski pants, warm parkas, and other apparel designed to withstand cold-weather. All designed with Dsquared2’s edginess in mind, the chic designs are set to launch this fall. The pieces are meant to be functional for sporting activities but also comfortable for lounging and relaxing. The first deliveries will begin at the end of October and will be at some of Dsquared2’s boutique. The boutiques will be the brand’s Los Angeles, New York, Rome, Paris, London, Milan, and Switzerland locations among others.

Dsquared2 had its first men’s collection show in 1994. Since then, the brand has turned into unique, alternative luxury fashion. Over the years, Dsquared2 has matured into a Italian-made brand with sophisticated, stylistic pieces. The Canadian-born twins have used refined tailoring and their creative roots to create the fashion house. While known for their own distinct style, venturing into ski is a new, exciting step for the brand to delve into the sportswear category.
