California-based shoewear company Ugg and textile manufacturer Pendleton Woolen Mills just recently collaborated for a limited collection of classic styles.

The collaboration includes traditional styles, boots, and slippers. All of the pieces made from this collection incorporate the iconic ethnic patterns of the woolen fabric from Pendleton. These pieces reflect an urban, trendy outdoorsy lifestyle. Both Californian companies came together to blend Ugg’s comfortability and with Pendleton’s patterned fabric to make a fashionable, comfy collection of shoewear. There will be styles for both men and women in the collection. “The goal this season is [for the] two brands to intertwine,” said Leah Larson, vice president and creative director of Ugg. The collection will be available online and selected retailers starting September.

Ugg was founded in 1978 and dedicated itself to creating a luxurious, comfortable brand of shoewear. Using high-quality materials and refined craftsmanship, the brand gained recognition worldwide for its classic boot style that are commonly known as “Ugg boots.” With an annual recorded sales of 1.5 billion dollars, the lifestyle brand offers footwear, loungewear, home products, accessories, and handbags. Currently, Ugg operates over 130 concept and outlet stores in locations in New York, Los Angeles, Paris, London, and more.
